What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
