Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter in Cass County, Iowa. You will work at a property maintenance company. The role involves mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; measure up and work out paint and material quantities. You should have: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
