Urgent requirement: tower crane operator (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Woodford County, Illinois. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Strong attention to safety and load limits Day to day you will set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL). Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
