Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bricklayer in Greer County, Oklahoma. The job is at a groundworks and structures site. You should have: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks The role involves: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays Six days a week, one day off.
