Overlocker operator • Laurens County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Laurens County, Georgia. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. Ideal candidate: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Your main tasks: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers Full-time, day shift.
