Powder coating operator — Crittenden County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Crittenden County, Kentucky. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
