We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Bledsoe County, Tennessee. You will work in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Full-time, day shift.
