Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Full-time with occasional weekends.
