Dishwashing attendant — Switzerland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Switzerland County, Indiana. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Rotating shifts. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
