Toolroom milling operator wanted in Kusilvak Census Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Kusilvak Census Area, Alaska. The job is at a busy machine shop. Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work The role involves: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
