Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete placer in Morris County, Kansas. The job is at an infrastructure site. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers The role involves fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms.
