Join our team: we are hiring an insulation installer in Clare County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Willing to travel between sites • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls On a typical shift you will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift.
