Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Henderson County, Texas. The job is in a tool room. What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges On the job you will handle: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) 6+ years on the tools preferred.
