You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
