Steward — Fika

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Fika, Yobe State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
