Conventional mill operator — Orumba North

Immediate opening: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Orumba North, Anambra State. What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Day to day you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts.
