Bakery assistant wanted in Logan County

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Logan County, Illinois. You will work in a bread factory. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
