Immediate opening: bread baker (Oregon)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Wheeler County, Oregon. You will be based at a cake shop. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
