Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel welder in Hamilton County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
