Pot washer — Sierra County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Sierra County, California. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
