Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Gates County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm The role involves set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand.
