Great opportunity: we are hiring a laundry presser in Sir Powys, Wales. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work The role involves: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron 2+ years on the tools preferred.
