Excavator operator • Ada County, Idaho

Join our team: we are hiring an excavator operator in Ada County, Idaho. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances You will inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
