Deboner — Mkpat Enin

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Mkpat Enin, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a wholesale meat market. The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
