Vacancy available: short order cook (Alabama)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Montgomery County, Alabama. You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience.
