Construction helper • Frederick County, Maryland

We are recruiting: we are hiring a construction helper in Frederick County, Maryland. Your main tasks: • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors Ideal candidate: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
