Paint and prep technician — Wayne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Wayne County, North Carolina. You will work at a dealership paint shop. Your main tasks: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
