Elevator repair technician — Dallam County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Dallam County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards The role involves: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
