Blocklayer wanted in Whitley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a blocklayer in Whitley County, Kentucky. You will mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
