What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Six days a week, one day off.
