Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Sullivan County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
