PVC profile cutter — Comanche County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Comanche County, Texas. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine On a typical shift you will fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
