Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Alameda County, California. The job is on commercial flat-roof projects. The role involves lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
