We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation installer in Washington County, Vermont. Day to day you will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
