Catering cook wanted in Codington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Codington County, South Dakota. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
