The role involves: • Handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit • Update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times • Scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading • Carry the vehicle papers (RC, insurance, licence) on every run Requirements: • Clean driving record • Basic reading to match addresses correctly • Smartphone with internet for the delivery app 4+ years on the tools preferred.
