Groundskeeper wanted in Crawford County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Crawford County, Indiana. You will work at a private estate garden. You should have: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Valid driving licence for travel between sites The role involves plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
