Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality checker in Lenawee County, Michigan. You will be based at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems The role involves measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
