CNC programmer-operator — East Renfrewshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in East Renfrewshire, Scotland. You will work in a die and mould making unit. The role involves select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
