Finishing plasterer — Ogle County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Ogle County, Illinois. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day The role involves set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; check walls for plumb and level as you go; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat.
