Scullery hand — Roni

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Roni, Jigawa State. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Six days a week, one day off.
