Overhead (EOT) crane operator — Milwaukee County

Join our team: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a shipbuilding yard. On the job you will handle: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Full-time with occasional weekends.
