Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Ife Central, Osun State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Pay around ₦105,000 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
