Oven operator — Liberty County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Liberty County, Montana. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
