Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
