Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Pulaski County, Missouri. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
