QC inspector — Falls County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC inspector in Falls County, Texas. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Day-to-day duties: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
