Head baker wanted in Jefferson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Jefferson County, Nebraska. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
