Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Marquette County, Michigan. The job is at a busy building site. Your main tasks: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters Ideal candidate: • Willing to travel between sites • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
