Paint booth operator — Harford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Harford County, Maryland. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time.
